The Financial Inclusion Gap
Despite Bangladesh's remarkable progress in mobile financial services (with 180+ million MFS accounts), formal savings penetration remained at just 33%. Millions of bKash users transacted daily but had no pathway to structured savings products. Traditional banking required physical branch visits, paper documentation, and minimum balance requirements β barriers that excluded the very population MFS was designed to serve.
Platform Architecture
The Nano Saving platform was built on a microservices architecture with the following key components:

Results After 6 Months
The platform enables micro-savings deposits starting from BDT 200 per month β an entry point designed specifically for Bangladesh's mass-market mobile banking users who have never opened a formal bank account.
