Md. Mazedul Islam
Visionary technologist who co-founded CDS in 2016 with a singular ambition β to build Bangladesh's most trusted technology integrator. With 15+ years of multinational leadership across Xerox, Laser Mail (BD) Asia Ltd, and Excel Networks, Mazedul brings deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, government procurement, and banking automation. Under his stewardship, CDS has grown from a document management startup to an 18-crore enterprise powering the nation's telecom backbone, deploying 120,000+ MDM devices, and managing solar EaaS through SunEcono.
Rajib Barua
A seasoned operations strategist with 13+ years of enterprise leadership at Airtel Bangladesh, Warid Telecom, and Standard Chartered Bank. MBA graduate from the University of Dhaka, Rajib orchestrates CDS's financial backbone β from Bank Asia multi-crore solvency management to e-GP procurement compliance. His operational discipline ensures zero-default delivery across 64 districts and has been instrumental in scaling CDS from a 5-person team to a nationally recognized technology partner.
